Benjamin Beaupierre - COO
Benjamin Beaupierre is a business systems and growth strategist, dedicated to helping business owners systemise operations and scale efficiently. With experience starting and running two businesses—an IT systems consultancy and a lettings agency—alongside extensive work as a vocational trainer and several years as a Business Systems Architect, Ben has gained deep insight into the challenges small businesses face.
Working alongside David Egerton, Ben co-developed the 4-Pillar Framework, which helps entrepreneurs streamline processes, build scalable marketing systems, and remove bottlenecks that limit growth. Specialising in business systemisation and strategic promotion, Ben ensures business owners create repeatable systems that drive efficiency, free them from day-to-day firefighting, and enable long-term success.
