Why I do this.
I’ve spent the last 35 years launching, running, and coaching small businesses, and I’ve seen firsthand why 60% of businesses still fail. The problem isn’t a lack of effort—most business owners are smart, hardworking, and deeply committed. The problem is that they don’t have a clear vision or a structured system to turn that vision into success.
